Content Calendar

How the Content Calendar works

← Back

The Content Calendar is a schedule of upcoming generation jobs. Think of each chip as a planned article: a keyword + a format, set to generate on a specific day.

Editing rules

  • Upcoming queued days are editable (swap keywords, drag & drop) until the generation window begins.
  • Same-day edits typically β€œfreeze” near the start time to avoid conflicts while jobs are running.
  • Past dates are read-only by design.

Navigation & controls

  • Click a chip to open the details sidebar.
  • Drag & drop to move queued chips between days (when allowed).
  • Use the keyword list to add/swap a keyword for a slot.
If a day is empty, nothing will be generated for that day. You can fill empty slots by adding a queued keyword.
