How to connect ContentPeaks to Wix

← Back

Connecting ContentPeaks to Wix lets you send AI-generated articles straight into your Wix Blog without the usual copy-paste workflow. Once the connection is in place, ContentPeaks can push article titles, body content, images, and publish settings directly into your selected Wix blog setup.

Before you start

  • Owner or Admin access to the Wix site you want to connect.
  • The Wix Blog app already installed and configured on that site.
  • Your Wix site published and live.
  • A Wix API key with the required blog and member permissions enabled.

How to connect Wix

  • Open Settings → Integrations in ContentPeaks and choose Wix.
  • Paste your Wix Site ID and Wix API key into the connection form.
  • Let ContentPeaks test the connection and automatically look up an available Wix member or author.
  • Choose how posts should be sent by default: draft first or publish immediately.
  • Save the connection to finish setup.

What happens after connection

After Wix is connected, you can publish directly from the article view, keep articles in draft mode for review, or use automated publishing if that fits your workflow. ContentPeaks keeps the article structure, images, and formatting aligned with the Wix blog destination as part of the publish step.

Updating published articles

If you later revise an article in ContentPeaks, you can send the updated version back to Wix without creating a second post. That makes refreshes and corrections much easier when you want the live article to stay current.

If no Wix member or author is returned during setup, create at least one site member or blog author in Wix first, then reconnect.
